BBC Good Food Show Glasgow

As announced a couple of weeks back we're extremely excited to be an official blogger for the BBC Good Food Show. On the run up to the event we've had lots to be excited about, we've given away three pairs of tickets to lucky readers from our blog who entered the competition. It's going to be a fabulous day with lots of demonstrations from our favourite chefs and even maybe a small reunion with a certain Mr Torode from MasterChef 2014.

Here's what to be excited about on Friday:

We've got a full day of Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry showing us their top baking tips, interviews and demonstration. This will be taking place at the Supertheatre and seats will fill up fast so be sure to get down there quickly for the best spot! Especially for those of you out there with a secret crush on Mr Hollywood. But for me, the lady of the moment has to be Mrs Berry, I cannot wait to hear her tell her tales of how her grandmother used to bake her a certain cake or how they would prepare there Sunday roast. She's everybody's adopted Granny.

On Saturday the only place you will be able to find me in Glasgow will be propped right down the front of the seats for my MasterChef favourite - John Torode. His demonstration at 11.30am and it's been a while since I've been running around the MasterChef kitchens on front of John. Saturday will be a nice turn of events for me to sit down, relax and admire his talented cooking methods.

Sunday will also bring a fantastic demonstration from James Martin. He's a fantastic chef to watch and plates up the most inspiring dishes with very minimal effort, not to mention he's an absolute hoot. Ladies get down there fast, I know my mum would definitely be first in line for his demonstrations. Now on Sunday we've also got Tom Kitchin from our bonny country of Scotland, he's on at 3.30 at the Supertheatre and will be plating you up some of the finest cuisine inspiration that you can take right home to your kitchen.

Now we've spoken about the demonstrations and undoubtedly they'll be fantastic. But what's a good food show without some fantastic produce and the best kitchen gadgets?... Here's my top three out of the list.

Flint and Flame - a fabulous kitchen utensil company who's outstandingly good knives we used for our demonstration at In Toto Kitchens Glasgow.
Ramsay of Carluke - Here in the UK our sausages are very important to us. Mr Ramsay from Carluke happens to sell the finest sausages from his home town and now supplies the finest top rated restaurants all over the UK.
Isle of Sky Sea Salt Company - They produce the finest quality sea salt which I use in my salted caramel recipes and what's better is it all comes from our own beautiful country.
